Working Hours and Availability

Our standard working days are Tuesday to Friday. We do not typically operate on weekends, Mondays, or UK bank holidays. In the event of illness or unexpected time off, we may occasionally carry out administrative tasks on non-working days in order to catch up. However, no sewing or production work is undertaken during these times.

While we may respond to messages outside of working hours, this is not guaranteed. We are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which includes time for rest, family commitments, and medical appointments.
